About the role

The Senior Client Delivery Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of client-facing IT projects within a managed services and professional services environment.
This role serves as the primary owner of assigned engagements, leading projects from initiation through completion and acting as the central point of accountability for delivery outcomes.
The position is client-focused, consultative, and execution-driven, with responsibility for project planning, governance, and delivery leadership.

Serve as the primary client contact for assigned projects, managing expectations, facilitating decision-making, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Provide delivery leadership to cross-functional technical teams and third-party vendors, ensuring alignment and execution against project objectives.
Ensure all project deliverables align with contractual commitments, service expectations, and internal delivery standards.
Apply prior leadership experience to guide delivery teams and contribute to the ongoing improvement of project management practices, tools, and governance frameworks.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
5-8+ years of experience managing client-facing IT projects in an MSP, consulting, or professional services environment.
Proven experience owning projects end-to-end with direct client accountability.
Experience delivering solutions for midmarket to enterprise clients is highly preferred.
