About the role
- Free skiing + riding privileges at Sugarbush and across the family of Alterra Mountain Company resorts for all eligible employees and their dependents.
- Golf perks along with health & recreation center membership for eligible employees and their dependents.
- Vacation and sick time for eligible employees to rest, relax and recharge.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance on resort lodging facilities.
Requirements
- Experience with tools and small equipment.
- Experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping is helpful.
- Must be able to drive personal vehicle.
- Must be able to work outside for long periods of time in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and overnight on-call rotation.
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, 2-way radio and in person.
Nice to have
- Experience with swimming pool maintenance is a plus.
