Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with assigned dealer base, positioning as a trusted Consultant through in-depth program expertise and business acumen
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive enrollment, adoption, and campaign deployment based on dealer needs and performance goals.
- Lead strategic conversations with dealers to align program capabilities with revenue, retention, and customer engagement objectives.
- Drive dealer participation in program offerings by educating, influencing, and guiding decision-making around campaign strategy and deployment.
- Develop and maintain customized marketing plans for each dealer, focused on maximizing performance, minimizing risk and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed dealer records, including communications, campaign activity, and performance tracking with CRM tool
- Implement quality control process for marketing materials, dealer selections and dealer originated copy.
- Ability to perform effectively within a team environment is a must.

Requirements
- The employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment as essential functions of this position.
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Marketing/Communications and 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Must be able to work with all levels and backgrounds in a diverse workforce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Desired skills include experience with sales, direct marketing, and creating/implementing marketing plans.

Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $19 - $22 USD hourly (pay rate will not be below applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
