Responsibilities
- Nemera develops and manufactures its own IP product platforms but also offers also fully custom developments and contract manufacturing.
- The headquarters and Innovation Center for early device design and development are located in France (Lyon).
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary project team within a transversal organization
- Experience in direct customer contact

Nice to have
- Experience in program management of industrialization projects for mass production of products with plastic injection and high-speed assembly technologies strongly preferred
Skills
- Background in medical device,pharmaceutical industry or industries of mass production such as automotive
- Some travel required
Compensation
- $145,000 USD to $165,000 USD Salaried (This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

- participate in the definition of recruitment needs, assess employee performance, draw up training plan, manage integration and training of new hires
- Management of technical answers for Request for Quotation for the plant and support sales with the presentation of the technical content of the proposal such as technology plan, lay-out, timeline, project governance, industrial risk assessment
- Organize the local Program Steering Committee and coordinate input for Global Program tracking.
- Support lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all safety procedures including the use of Personal Protective Equipment, as required
