About the role

Direct activities of the team including overseeing and coordinating Scrum events, ensuring that any obstacles or impediments that hinder the team's progress are identified and addressed.
Provide coaching and mentoring to the team and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective communication across teams, and supporting the Product Owner in product backlog management and prioritization.

Administer the change management plan to support the adoption and sustainability of agile practices.
Manage and advise teams on the standards for metrics and reporting to provide visibility into agile performance and share insights with stakeholders.
Communicate with top management on how to implement agile methodologies that focus on flexibility and collaboration methods that effectively enable teams to respond to change.

The typical pay range for this role is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
