About the role
- Direct activities of the team including overseeing and coordinating Scrum events, ensuring that any obstacles or impediments that hinder the team's progress are identified and addressed.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the team and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective communication across teams, and supporting the Product Owner in product backlog management and prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Administer the change management plan to support the adoption and sustainability of agile practices.
- Manage and advise teams on the standards for metrics and reporting to provide visibility into agile performance and share insights with stakeholders.
- Communicate with top management on how to implement agile methodologies that focus on flexibility and collaboration methods that effectively enable teams to respond to change.

Compensation
- The typical pay range for this role is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
- The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
- This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
