KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following.
Work is primarily performed in an office environment.

Prepares multimedia documents, manages logistical aspects like participant enrollment, coordinates speaker schedules, and creates training materials.
Provides special project support, which entails addressing queries, tracks project progress, takes meeting notes, and executes tasks.
Delivers general administrative support, including timekeeping, assists with travel arrangements, and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
The Word Processor II provides a comprehensive administrative support to the customer by collaborating closely with managers and staff to meet their individual needs while adhering to office protocols.
A portion of our profits is used to support Chickasaw citizens.

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
