About the role
- Take ownership of regular deliverables for various business units, leveraging multiple technologies to produce solutions that are consistent, accurate, and efficient.
- Use analytic and communication skills to tell stories with data, transforming basic and complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences to influence business decisions and product roadmaps.
- Apply established quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of all analytical deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and execution of diverse quantitative and qualitative analyses to support the evaluation, management, and growth of new and existing products for areas across the business.
- Support a culture of using data to inform decisions within the organization.
- Collaborate closely with other Analysts to share knowledge and best practices, fostering an environment of knowledge sharing and professional development.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
- Ability to translate data into business impact by crafting clear, data-driven narratives for stakeholders
- Quantitative proficiency, including a solid understanding of basic mathematical and statistical concepts
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyze large and complex datasets
- You must be able to work an average of three days a week in the office with the team.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or another statistical programming language
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- You must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

- Demonstrated analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with experience working with real-world datasets
- Experience using SQL to query databases and explore data
