About the role

Functional Analyst, SAP in our Global Product Development group supporting the US and Canada.
Functional Analysts combine in-depth product expertise with the latest tax and regulatory changes to produce system impact specifications and test strategies for Development & QA.
The position will follow each tax and regulatory change from discovery through successful translation into an application update.

Leads the team in design on complex and thorough test plans to ensure quality deliverables
Pro-actively identifies risks and issues on development deliveries, leading team to develop and maintain risk management on the deliverables
Design and development of business requirements, user stories (functional guidance), configuration requirements, test plans.
Work closely with the development team to ensure adherence to the functional design and that all business requirements are being satisfied

Provide in-depth knowledge of US and Canadian Payroll from a business perspective and as an end-to-end process.
Provide expertise in how US, Canadian, and Quebec legislation is configured and processed in SAP
Provide expertise in how US, Canada and Quebec payroll taxes are calculated and the respective processes in SAP

Ability to explain payroll processes and calculations independent of ERP system
Experience in the support of global SAP operations.
Strong analytical and product management skills
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Must be strong self-starter and with a committed work environment with stable internet service
Strong professional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with other groups within the delivery organization.
Good English, conversational and written.
AGILE methodology experience a plus
JIRA experience a plus
Ability to read/write/speak French a plus
ABAP/Debugging knowledge a plus

Rimini's target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant's Interview process.
The general salary range for this type of role is 110k - 140k depending on skills and experience.
