Training Program Ownership - Owns the development and execution of training programming in key areas, including new hire onboarding, consultative skills development, Investments and Products, and sales process implementation.
Coaching and Mentoring -Periodically supports leadership team in the onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of new team members.
Innovation - Relentless focus on leveraging the latest tools and technologies to deliver training and achieve scale in new and innovative ways

$96,500.00 - $164,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$105,000.00 - $180,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$120,000.00 - $205,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
