About the role

  • This includes executive roles, as well as positions that are uniquely important, unusually difficult to fill, or critical to the company's trajectory.
  • One search may be for a senior engineering leader
  • the next could be for a world-class brand designer, researcher, or another exceptional individual contributor.

Responsibilities

  • We already support patients across more than 80% of ZIP codes and partner with 5 of the 10 largest biopharma companies in the world.
  • We raised $160M+ from leading investors to build an exceptional team and unlock the full scale of the opportunity.
  • You will operate like an embedded retained search partner, working directly with the CEO and senior leaders to build our organization.
  • Sometimes you will own searches end-to-end, other times you will lead our work with external search firms, setting search strategy, calibrating candidates, and ensuring exceptional outcomes.
  • Own the company's most important and difficult hiring mandates, from senior leaders to exceptional ICs and first-of-their-kind roles
  • Build market maps, identify overlooked talent pools, and develop differentiated search strategies for every role
  • Lead and manage external search firms when needed, ensuring they operate with the standards, urgency, and judgment we expect
  • Build long-term relationships with exceptional leaders and operators who may become future hires, beyond hunting for existing requisitions
  • Develop talent intelligence on key markets, emerging leaders, and future hiring needs to help shape the company's long-term growth
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication that allows you to develop external relationships with candidates and partners, regardless of seniority

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience at a top executive search firm, at a level where you were directly sourcing and managing candidates
