About the role
- Director, National Security Operations, you'll be in a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop Team: Mentor and develop a high-performing team b promoting professional growth and curating a positive work environment.
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned to MetroStar's strategy map and BHAG
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with leaders across MetroStar to support initiatives aligned to MetroStar's strategy map including support for organic and new business growth opportunities
- Experience delivering a full range of IT support services, on large scale programs ($50M+)
- Experience delivering a full range of IT support services, on large scale programs ($50M+); experience within DOS, DOJ, and/or IC.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading large teams, driving operational excellence, and implementing scalable processes that support growth.

Requirements
- An active TS security clearance (with the ability to obtain a SCI) or higher
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 10+ years' experience in operations with at least 5 years in a senior role
- experience within DOS, DOJ, and/or IC.
- Expertise communicating with and presenting to high-level government stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of business development, capture, and proposal development
- Demonstrated expertise in process methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

Compensation
- This role may also be eligible for bonuses and/or additional incentives based on individual and company performance.
- $184,000 - $270,000
- The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
- The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
