About the role
- Join the Cyber-DNS team at CIRA and play a key role in advancing Canada's cybersecurity and DNS infrastructure!

- You'll help shape the next generation of CIRA's security product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead early-stage product discovery, platform evolution and decision-making for new cybersecurity capabilities, integrations and services
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, security operations and partners to deliver secure, resilient and accessible product experiences
- Collaborate with channel partners, managed service providers and internal stakeholders to support product adoption and market expansion
- Support go-to-market activities including product positioning, customer engagement and sales enablement for CIRA Cybersecurity Services
- Support the sales cycle from customer engagement through to successful product implementation
Requirements
- You are an experienced product leader who operates confidently at the intersection of technology, cybersecurity, and customer needs.
- With a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, you work effectively with technical teams to make informed product decisions in a rapidly evolving environment.
- 5-8 years of experience in product management, ideally within complex cybersecurity or technology environments
- Experience conducting user and market research and translating insights into scalable, customer-focused products and services
- Experience writing detailed functional requirements and working closely with agile engineering teams
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threat landscapes, and security operations workflows
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience bringing new products or capabilities from concept to launch is considered an asset (0-to-1)
- Ability to make and defend prioritization decisions in high-pressure environments
- Experience owning a product P&L or contributing to pricing and packaging decisions
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, sales, operations and external partners
