Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years claims experience
- Ability to work independently and escalate for assistance as needed
- Strong communication and ability to work with various internal and external parties to resolve member issues
- Ability to proactively identify payer and provider trends, and to communicate this to management
- Excellent listening skills and ability to empathize with members
- Excellent computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- You are a service-focused, highly personable individual who loves dealing with people, solving their problems, and providing them with a great customer experience
- You have a bachelor's degree and/or 2-3 years claims management experience
- Ability to proactively identify payer and provider trends, and to communicate any recognizable trends to management
- You are relentlessly inquisitive, love researching and finding new answers
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $60,000-$80,000, based on experience, skills, qualifications, and alignment with the scope of the role.
