- You'll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth.
- Over 3-6 months, you'll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
- Supporting HR Business Partners with day-to-day people operations and business initiatives.
- Partnering with stakeholders to deliver a positive employee experience and contribute to HR process improvements.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to build a long-term career in HR, with the potential to transition into a full-time HRBP (JDS) role.
Nice to have
- A recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Chinese language skills are essential for this role.
- US Green Card holder preferred
- OPT candidates will also be considered.
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
