About the role

This is a high-ownership seat for someone who wants to win, works well across a lot of stakeholders, and can carry a deal end to end.

Own the full sales cycle, sourcing deals and carrying them all the way through to closed contracts focused on small and midsized pharma accounts but also exposure to large pharma accounts.
Lead conversations with procurement teams and negotiate MSA terms.
Drive expansion across both new and existing pharmaceutical accounts.
Serve as a credible, consultative partner to commercial and brand teams, fielding complex product questions and building conviction across the buying group.
A real drive to win. You want it badly and you bring energy and urgency to every deal.

Relocation support

7-11 years selling into commercial pharmaceutical accounts, ideally with direct experience selling to pharma commercial/brand teams.
You can hold the room, run a discovery call, and present with clarity and confidence.

This role offers a highly competitive NYC salary in the $180,000-$220,000, competitive equity, OTE of 280k+ calibrated to reflect experience, seniority, and the level of ownership you'll take on as part of the early team.
