Responsibilities
- Partner Management
- Lead day-to-day management including cross-functional issue resolution with internal teams including Customer Care, Operations, Accounting, Project Management, and Tech
- Drive program management for global partner implementations
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates across internal and external teams
- Monitor key metrics, synthesize partner feedback, and implement data-driven improvements
- A strong cross-functional operator who can manage external relationships and internal teams simultaneously

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships and/or program management, ideally in a consumer technology business
- Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $90,356 - $146,695.
- Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
- This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
