About the role
- As a Senior Recruiter in our network, you will operate your own full desk-business development, client management, and delivery-while having the option to collaborate with other experienced recruiters when it makes sense.
- This model is designed for recruiters who are already successful but want to scale smarter, reduce overhead, and avoid working in isolation.
Responsibilities
- Own your client relationships and manage searches from intake through placement
- Collaborate with other senior recruiters on shared searches, role-splits, or candidate pipelines
- Leverage shared recruiting technology, ATS, and AI-driven tools without building infrastructure alone
- Expanded Earning Potential: Collaborate on larger or more complex searches and unlock shared revenue opportunities
- Professionals who can self-manage, self-source, and self-close
- There are no caps-performance directly drives income.
Skills

Compensation
- This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 role.
