About the role
- This position works out of our New Brighton location in the Structural Heart division.
- Proactively identify and raise awareness about concerns or risks and participate in resolving them
- Commissions Administration & Calculation
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will partner with Business Leaders, HRSC, and BHR to ensure our incentive plans are designed, documented, and executed accurately using ICM platform.
- Strategic Design & Modeling
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Payroll to ensure compensation plans and payouts meet U.S. federal, state, and local regulatory standards
- Conduct regular audits of programs and processes to ensure compliance and support internal and external audit requests.
- Maintain detailed plan documentation and rules to ensure auditability and governance
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support team and organizational priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in sales compensation, incentive design, or sales finance
- Strong ability to approach complex problems with data and insights, with the capacity to communicate complex commission rules to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately with high-volume data while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex compensation logic, exceptions, and payout outcomes clearly to Sales, Finance, and leadership stakeholders
Nice to have
- CCP and Master's degree
- Experience in change management and influencing senior stakeholders
