About the role
- Our team is growing rapidly, and we're looking for mission-driven, customer-focused data folks who care about creating positive impact, love working directly with users to solve challenging problems, and who will thrive in the fast-paced start-up life.
- Uphold trust in data by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting pipelines.
- Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches, and present findings in compelling ways to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with clinics and internal stakeholders to understand needs and define reporting requirements for areas such as financial performance (e.g., billing, collections, revenue) and operational efficiency (e.g., authorization, task workflows).
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights for both clinics and internal teams.
- Strong ability to handle ambiguity and operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects from 0 to 1.
- Building an inclusive culture is one of our core tenets as a company.
- In addition, we take security seriously, and all of our employees contribute to uphold security requirements and maintain compliance with HIPAA security regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
Nice to have
- Experience with report builder tools (e.g., Hex, Sigma, Tableau, Holistics, React.js).
- Experience with visualization libraries (e.g. MatplotLib, Plotly, Chart.js, D3.js).
- Familiarity with ETL and data transformation tools (e.g., Python, Spark, dbt).
- We work in the office 3-5x/week, with flexibility when life happens.
- We're very aware of structural inequalities that exist, and recognize that underrepresented minorities are less likely to apply for a role if they don't think they meet all of the requirements.
- If that's you and you're reading this, we'd like to encourage you to apply regardless - we'd love to get to know you and see if there's a place for you here!
