Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans with the ability to modify accordingly during the school year
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development
- Manage student behavior in the classroom
- Create a positive classroom environment for students to learn in
- Implement school-wide culture expectations and norms
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks
- Experience working within an urban environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $40,000 - 50,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
