Responsibilities
- Our Residential Land Development team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver impactful land development projects in the growing Georgia market.
- Develop trusting professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leaders
- Lead and actively participate in the design, plan production and permitting for land development projects
- Participate in the development of company design and production standards to continue excellence within our technical expertise

Requirements
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and respectfully, both oral and written skills, with all level of employees in an organization
