Requirements
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve equipment and processes and learn new processes and procedures.
- Ability to understand engineering requirements, safety requirements, standard operating procedures, and maintenance instructions.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to manipulate data according to algebraic methods.
- Ability to handle unit conversion.
- Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to use team collaboration software (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
- Candidate is expected to be able to work independently and with a high attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to manipulate data according to algebraic methods. Ability to handle unit conversion. Basic understanding of statistical principles of mean, median, mode, and standard deviation.
- Work well with others in a team environment, with dedication, integrity, initiative and self-motivation.

Nice to have
- College courses or post-high school training preferred
- candidates with an associate's degree and or experience with composites, fiber, honeycomb, plastics, and ceramics test techniques and material is desirable, especially for aerospace applications.
- Familiarity with Instron, Shimadzu, or equivalent universal test frames preferred
