About the role
- SOSi is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (Operations) to help oversee one of the Department of Defense's largest coalition information-sharing enterprises at Camp Smith, Honolulu.
Responsibilities
- Lead the mission that keeps the Pacific connected.
- In this critical leadership role, you will drive 24/7 operational excellence across cyber operations, network services, systems engineering, and enterprise support, ensuring secure, real-time information sharing that empowers U.S. and allied warfighters across the Indo-Pacific.
- Support planning, organization, and oversight of day-to-day contract activities to ensure successful execution of all mission requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and contractual obligations.
- Interface directly with Government stakeholders, technical leads, subcontractors, and teaming partners to ensure mission requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance against established metrics; identify variances and implement corrective action plans to resolve organizational, performance, quality, schedule, and management issues.
- Support resource planning, tasking responses, and financial oversight, including reviewing project objectives and schedules to identify resource, staffing, and funding needs.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop assigned contractor personnel, fostering a collaborative, mission-focused, and high-performing team.
- Lead the Service Desk function, ensuring incident, request, and problem management meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) and deliver a high-quality user experience.
- Provide leadership over Engineering, including enterprise systems architecture, integration, engineering change management, and technology insertion in support of a stable, scalable environment.
