Responsibilities
- Drive strategic growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with transportation agencies, municipalities, and infrastructure partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including project managers, procurement officers, and agency executives.
- Lead capture efforts for infrastructure projects including planning, engineering, and construction management scopes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions.
- You manage your pipeline, time, and priorities with precision.
- You build trust quickly and maintain long-term partnerships.
Requirements

Nice to have
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the transportation, infrastructure, or AEC sectors.
- Familiarity with public agency procurement processes and infrastructure funding mechanisms.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure planning, engineering, and construction management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Prior experience with agencies like NJTA, MTA, PANYNJ, DRPA, or similar is a plus.
