Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with transportation agencies, municipalities, and infrastructure partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including project managers, procurement officers, and agency executives.
  • Lead capture efforts for infrastructure projects including planning, engineering, and construction management scopes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions.
  • You manage your pipeline, time, and priorities with precision.
  • You build trust quickly and maintain long-term partnerships.

Requirements

Nice to have

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the transportation, infrastructure, or AEC sectors.
  • Familiarity with public agency procurement processes and infrastructure funding mechanisms.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure planning, engineering, and construction management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • Prior experience with agencies like NJTA, MTA, PANYNJ, DRPA, or similar is a plus.
