About the role

  • The primary responsibility of this position is to safely and efficiently package quality products in a manner that is consistent with HP Hood LLC standards.
  • Shift: 9:00am to 5:30pm; Wednesday and Sunday off.
  • Operate and clean multiple high speed filling machines in a sanitary, efficient, and effective manner.

  • Maintain a clean & safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to move at a quick pace.
  • Floors are wet and occasionally slippery due to product spills and the cleaning process (slip-resistant footwear is required).
  • Noise: Moderate to heavy (hearing protection is required).
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Reading & writing proficiency (English language) and ability to identify colors.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Multi-tasked individual.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Forklift certification required.

Compensation

  • O - Occasional 1 - 33% of time
  • F - Frequent 34 - 66% of time
  • C - Constant 67 - 100% of time
  • Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.
  • The pay range for this position is
  • $26.24 - $28.66 USD
