About the role
- The Commercial Broker role at Transworld Commercial Real Estate, A Prospere Companies division, acts as the intermediary during the sale, purchase, or lease of commercial space, managing the entire deal process and all parties involved.
- As our firm grows in size and depth, we need additional business-savvy professionals to continue our mission of supporting small business owners with their commercial property needs in Denver.
- We are currently looking for new commercial brokers across the Denver Metro area.
Responsibilities
- Internal Pipeline Execution: Capitalize on a consistent stream of qualified leads generated by the Business Brokerage and Growth Consulting divisions by providing specialized real estate solutions to existing business clients.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and develop relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and developers to generate new business opportunities.
- Business Development & Networking: Actively network within the industry, attend relevant events, and leverage professional connections to expand business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal real estate regulations and maintain accurate documentation for all deals.
- Identify and develop relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and developers to generate new business opportunities.
- Actively network within the industry, attend relevant events, and leverage professional connections to expand business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline.

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of COMMERCIAL real estate broker experience required.
Compensation
- $750,000 to $1,000,000+ Top commercial brokers earn over $1,000,000 annually.
