  • Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation within your assigned territory or segment
  • Generate qualified sales conversations and build pipeline for Account Executives
  • Develop expertise in Justworks, our product suite, and the broader HR/PEO landscape

Requirements

  • This role is required to work Monday-Friday from either 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm ET, with Tuesdays and Thursdays as the team's onsite days at our office at 55 Water Street, in New York City.

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and outbound pipeline generation
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Comfortable being on the phone for 70% of your day and researching potential prospects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to research accounts, identify relevant prospects, and understand customer needs
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset and willingness to adopt new tools and processes
  • Preferred Experience
  • Experience using sales and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Gong Engage, Default,, Orum, Nooks, Amplemarket, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms

Compensation

  • This position is paid a base wage plus incentive compensation.
  • The base wage range for this position is targeted at $29.81-$35.10 in our New York City office, and competitive On-Target Earnings, inclusive of incentive compensation, of *$88,600.00-$104,300.00.
  • Final offers may vary from those listed. *Incentive compensation is not guaranteed, and earning is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive compensation plan.
  • Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.
  • Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
