Responsibilities
- Optimize videos for vertical formats (9:16) and platform performance
- Manage media files, project organization, and post-production workflows
- Collaborate with the social and creative teams on content ideas, shot lists, and production planning
Requirements
- 2+ years experience creating social-first video content for TikTok, Instagram, or similar platforms
- Strong proficiency with professional camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.)
- Ability to execute both highly produced and quick-turn content
- Experience creating content in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or creator space
- Familiarity with color grading and sound editing
- Experience working with influencers or talent on camera
