Responsibilities

  • Act as lead for the capital allocation, budgeting and planning process
  • Develop metrics for evaluating portfolio performance and corrective actions plans, as applicable
  • Develop update, and implement policies, technology initiatives, related programs, and inter-organization collaboration aimed at ensuring high level of asset management efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company's financial information systems including the ability to write financial reports and make inquiries for data
  • Develop and update models to provide analysis for various financial conditions related to Asset and Investment Management, Accounting and Operations
  • Develop forecasting models and analysis; Prepare and analyze Cash Analysis reports and Cash Forecasting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related field
  • Master's degree or MBA beneficial
  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in extensive, detailed data analysis and reporting

Nice to have

  • Quantitative degree or supportive coursework preferred
  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in residential asset management or institutional real estate
  • Single family preferred

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is: $78,075.00 - $135,330.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
  • Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
