Responsibilities
- Represent Aristocrat Interactive, build networks, and advance business interests in industry and trade associations, as well as with other organizations and key collaborators.
- Cultivate and maintain collaborator relationships within Aristocrat Interactive and other Aristocrat teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs, effective prioritization, and detailed reporting.
- Build relevant position papers and advocacy materials for briefing senior leadership.
- Manage departmental resources, including onboarding, organizing, and overseeing consultants.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships with trade associations, elected officials, government agencies, and other collaborators.
- Ability to partner with business collaborators to understand strategic priorities, develop relevant plans, assess risks and opportunities, and provide mature counsel.
- You will also be involved in crafting public policy positions that support our strategic goals.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in government relations, public affairs, or a related field, preferably in a corporate or association environment.
- Solid knowledge of policy development processes in North America and the capability to navigate complex legislative and regulatory environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex policy issues to diverse audiences, including executive levels.
- Ability to balance multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities, to achieve positive outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with a diverse group across cultures and time zones.
- Flexibility in work hours and travel as required.
Compensation
- $115,500 - $214,500 per year
- Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges.
- However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
