About the role
- We're seeking smart, driven candidates who are passionate about beginning a career in real estate.
- This Summer internship will involve working approximately 40 hours per week for a duration of approximately 8 weeks, with flexible start and end dates.
- Interns will be paid an hourly rate of $20 an hour.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of the 2028 operating budget.
- Compile backup documentation and financial support materials for budget reviews.
- Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations related to the budgeting process.
- Provide administrative and project support for special initiatives within the Property Management Department.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn internal systems
