About the role

Coordinate with Senior Manager, Production Operations and department heads confirming all crew resources and materials needed to work efficiently and effectively are provided.
Communicate production changes to various operational departments.
Generate production crew sheets and distribute to Production Management teams, and Technical Operations teams.

Support project intake, project mobilization, and postmortem functions for various including Bleacher Report, House of Highlights, Food Network, ID, TLC and more
Create and manage work orders in the scheduling tool.
Support Associate Production Managers with budgeting, tracking expenses, and invoice submittals.
Track and manage any rentals or vendor needs.
Maintain and distribute production calendars, weekly.
Collaborate with Technical leads and Crewing teams to coordinate studio operations, and scheduling.
Communicate with Security, Facilities, and Housekeeping as needed to maintain all studio and support spaces.
Assist with developing and defining new and improved workflow initiatives.

Knowledge of Xytech MediaPulse, Concur, SAP Ariba, Slack, and Beeline preferred.

$54,760.00 - $101,697.00 salary per year.
Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
