About the role
- Some of the key responsibilities you should expect are the following:
- Work closely with structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineers to integrate site infrastructure into the overall project.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets for civil site work, ensuring efficient project delivery while controlling costs.
Responsibilities

- This role requires extensive experience in site planning and design, with a strong emphasis on optimizing land use, ensuring regulatory compliance, and integrating various site infrastructure elements.
- Develop comprehensive site layout plans, including grading, drainage, and access roads, to ensure optimal site use and efficiency.
- Design grading plans that address stormwater management, erosion control, and drainage systems to ensure the site is prepared for construction and meets regulatory standards.
- Plan and design the layout of utilities (water, sewage, electrical, gas) to integrate seamlessly with the overall site plan.
- Design site roads and access points for construction vehicles, employees, and utility services, ensuring smooth traffic flow and safety.
- Prepare detailed site design plans, reports, and technical specifications. Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site design for large-scale infrastructure projects (preferably in data centers or industrial facilities).
- Experience with stormwater management, erosion control, and environmental sustainability practices.
- Previous experience in large infrastructure or data center projects is highly desirable.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
