You will make sure scheduling tools are complete, accurate and up to date at all times, through the use of timely checking and updating from voice mail, e-mail, memos, intranet communication, etc.
Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.

You will ensure that documentation is complete to support the accurate billing of surgical procedures, i.e., insurance verification, prior authorization, etc.

You will ensure that prior authorizations are completed as required for surgical procedures in a timely manner as required by individual insurances.
High school diploma or GED required

Clinical background is highly preferred (Medical Assistant or PCT)
Associates degree in business, accounting, medical office management, medical administration, secretarial science, health services administration, or related degree preferred.

40 Hours Weekly - Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
