  • This role is an opportunity to drive commercial growth within the life sciences sector by expanding access to specialized biospecimen solutions.
  • You will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and develop partnerships that support innovative research and clinical programs.
  • Working closely with scientific, operational, and commercial teams, you will help deliver tailored solutions to complex customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Develop account strategies to retain and expand existing customer relationships through cross-selling and portfolio growth opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads, follow up on marketing-generated opportunities, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through negotiation, closing, and long-term account development.
  • Collaborate with scientific experts, business development teams, marketing, clinical operations, laboratory operations, and project management teams to support customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific field.
  • Strong understanding of life sciences terminology, research processes, and customer needs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
  • Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to adapt and execute in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Nice to have

  • include 5+ years of relevant life sciences experience and academic specialization in a related scientific discipline.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary range of $162,000 - $243,000 USD.
