About the role
- Axos Bank Target Range: $130,000.00/Yr. - $150,000.00/Yr.
- Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead a high performing organization by engaging associates, setting expectations, holding teams accountable and recognizing great work
- Axos is seeking an Asset-Based Lending (ABL) Operations Manager to lead and develop its newly established Collateral team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years' direct experience (ABL lending, Covenants,...)
- Experience working with Regulators
- Collect documents as required in loan agreements
- Moody's ABS
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance

- In this role, you will oversee the Portfolio Management team, ensuring continuous monitoring of the Bank's performing loan portfolio.
- Your responsibilities will include managing department functions such as monitoring concentration limits, supervising junior analysts, and preparing information for compliance reporting.
- Experience with nCino is a plus

Compensation
- These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
