About the role
- Reports to Head of Product & Proposition
- The Product Manager will be accountable for individual product development and the positioning of the product as best in class with clients and Aztec leaders.
- Ensure product is commercially viable, exploring pricing options with the Commercial Team
Responsibilities
- Maintain individual product plan, documenting requirements, executing proof of concepts, overseeing and managing implementation via vendors, Technology and service delivery
- Collaborate with the other product teams on prioritisation and reuse of functionality
- Lead product delivery and adoption of new product with clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop product definition
- Sales and Relationship Management Support
- Collaborate with Asset Class client relatiomship management and service delivery teams to gather requirements, share insights and gain alignment
Requirements
- Experience of delivering business/technology development initiatives working on individual products is essential
- 6 years of product development experience with a developing understanding of the commercial proposition is required
- Experience working within agile environments
- Data-Informed Decision-Making: Ability to leverage client insights and performance data to inform product strategy and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work abroad for up to 3 weeks per annum
- Relevant industry experience is essential, i.e. fund administration, alternative investments
- Technical literacy and understanding of development processes
- Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodologies
