About the role
- This role sits at the intersection of presales and customer success, and is responsible for identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, strengthening executive relationships, and helping turn client challenges into long-term partnerships.
- The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing business priorities with executives, shaping technology solutions with delivery teams, and contributing to proposals and go-to-market initiatives.
- Grow strategic client relationships by identifying expansion opportunities and strengthening executive-level partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Support revenue growth across existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and new initiative development.
- Partner with delivery leadership to ensure proposed solutions are executable, commercially viable, and aligned with client expectations.
- Build and maintain a visible market presence through LinkedIn, industry events, professional networks, and thought leadership activities.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, develop client-facing content, and strengthen positioning across target industries and service lines.
- Support strategic growth initiatives including market expansion, partnership development, and long-term account planning.
Requirements
- 7-15 years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, software engineering, product development, or enterprise technology services.
- Ability to engage credibly with both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to client growth, account expansion, business development, or solution consulting activities.
- A consultative mindset with the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical technology solutions.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Existing thought leadership presence or willingness to build a market voice through professional channels and industry engagement is preferred.
