- Check out the video below! https://youtu.be/Di6DTWi3Ev0 Position Overview As a Student Worker in the Logistics Sales team, you will play an essential role in tracking shipments throughout their lifecycle using innovative technology systems.
Responsibilities
- Review and maintain shipment records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Organize and maintain team documents and files related to shipments, schedules, and customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet goals and deadlines.
- Willingness to collaborate and participate in team-driven goals and activities.
- Pairing with a senior team member for ongoing support, guidance, and professional development.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Current student (undergraduate or graduate level) with availability of 20-29 hours per week.
- ITS will work with your school schedule but prefer schedules that can be in the office earlier in the day (e.g., 3 days a week from 7am - 1pm).
- Strong interest in logistics, supply chain management, or customer service.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and high energy with a desire to contribute to a team.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for customer-facing and team communication.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring that all records, documents, and data are accurate.
Nice to have
- Ideally, students will attend the first week of training to get familiar with vocabulary, terminology, equipment types, Loop, and DART training.

Compensation
- $20k-$29k
