About the role
- Strong capability to set up MV test circuits, assemble prototypes, and conduct lab experiments safely under MVDC conditions.
- Knowhow about hybrid or solid‑state DC circuit breakers and ultra‑fast protection concepts.
Requirements
- Your areas of expertise Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field with focus in MVDC/AC protection strategies.
- Experience with semiconductors (IGBTs, SiC MOSFETs, JFETs) for MV switching applications.
- Experience with simulation tools such as PLECS, PSCAD/EMTDC, EMTP, or LTspice.
