Responsibilities
- Develop strategic account business plans for target accounts assigned to you in the Business Unit
- Prospect to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting in Salesforce.com
- Lead and manage customer contract negotiations
- Build meaningful long term relationships with key customer decision makers
- Demonstrated track record of quickly building a new pipeline and managing a forecast to consistently exceed quota
- Help us continue to build a world-class organization that values the contributions of all of our teammates
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience with proven track record to work remotely and develop account plans, pipeline development
Nice to have
- BS/BA degree preferred
- Manufacturing experience is preferred
Compensation
- $75,000 base and $50,000 variable (uncapped)
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Annual Education stipend
