- The CIO will provide enterprise leadership for technology strategy, cybersecurity, digital enablement, data and analytics, enterprise systems, infrastructure, and technology operations.

- You will inherit a strong foundation and a capable team, while having the mandate to elevate strategy, strengthen security, expand AI-driven productivity, and build for scale.

- What You'll Lead
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in information systems, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including senior leadership responsibility for enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or digital transformation
- Strong knowledge of enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity governance, cloud platforms, infrastructure operations, data governance, vendor management, business continuity, and digital enablement
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment with sound judgment, professionalism, confidentiality, and servant leadership
- Travel will be required and will vary according to business requirements.

Compensation
- The base pay range for this position is $175K - $250K + bonus + benefits.
- Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility.
- The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
