Responsibilities

  • Our team creates high-performance, highly desired appliances with an unwavering focus on quality craftsmanship, disruptive technology, and timeless design.
  • Propose and validate new product segments and disruptive opportunities within this Key Battle Ground to expand market share.
  • Create, execute, and manage the lifecycle of the global cooking portfolio, specifically driving growth and innovation in the overall category.
  • Utilize deep global consumer insights and trends to build fact-based product definitions, ensuring our cooking products deliver on KitchenAid's brand promise.
  • Actively drive the Whirlpool Product Development (WPD) process for the cooking category, ensuring projects pass through tollgates on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • You must be an expert at driving alignment without direct authority to bring breakthrough innovation to life and successfully commercialize it globally.

Nice to have

  • Present compelling business cases and capital requirements to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in consumer-facing brands.
  • 5+ years of experience specifically in Product Marketing, Product Development, Brand Management and/or Merchandising.
  • Preferred skills and experiences Demonstrated success leading and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience managing or launching products in the Small Domestic Appliance (SDA) or consumer electronics sectors (specifically cooking categories).
  • Proven track record of managing a global or multi-regional product portfolio.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence up, down, and across the organization.
