Responsibilities
- Own the build out of the LA facility from day one
- Hire the LA team. Operators, technicians, drivers, and support roles
- Build the systems and processes that keep the floor moving. Shift schedules, safety, quality, inventory, shipping
- Own throughput, on time delivery, and customer quality from the LA site
- Lead the team day to day once the facility is running
