About the role
- This is Farsight's first dedicated Product Manager hire, reporting directly to the CTO.
- It is a high-ownership, high-visibility role that sits at the center of our product, engineering, and customer teams.
- You will be responsible for translating the needs of users in the financial services space into a clear product vision, and working directly with our engineering team to bring that vision to life quickly and with precision.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and drive prioritization across engineering, design, and GTM
- Partner closely with engineering to scope, spec, and ship features that meet our standard of clean, accurate, and auditable AI outputs
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM role at a startup or high-growth tech company
- Deep familiarity with investment banking or private equity workflows, either from direct experience in finance or from building products used by IB and PE teams
Requirements
- A proven track record of shipping products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you took full ownership from problem to launch
- Previous experience as a founder or first PM at an AI-native startup
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic systems, or AI workflow products
- Please note that a background check and employment verification may be required for this position.
- Background in financial services, including investment banking, private equity, or fintech
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and incorporating their feedback into product decisions
Compensation
- $160,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience
- Note: You'll need valid U.S. work authorization to join us.
- Please note that a background check and employment verification may be required for this position.
- We may obtain one or more background screening reports about you, solely for employment purposes.
- We also consider qualified applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable federal, state, and local law.
Benefits
- Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance
- Equity: Meaningful early-stage package with standard vesting (4 year / 1-year cliff)
Company info
- Given the complexity of our agentic workflows and the nuance of our financial services customers, this role will suit someone who is both deeply curious about AI and fluent in the language of investment banking and private equity.
- Work directly with Investment Banking and Private Equity customers to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and feedback, and translate those into clear product requirements
- You will own the product roadmap, drive prioritization decisions, and be the connective tissue between what our customers are asking for, interacting with our Strategy & Ops teams (with many ex-bankers), and what our engineers are building.

- Farsight is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
- We also consider qualified applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable federal, state, and local law.
