Responsibilities

  • PerformYard is a profitable, growth-stage B2B SaaS company transforming how organizations manage and measure employee performance.
  • Director of Strategic Finance to lead this next phase.
  • This leader will own the financial planning and analysis function while simultaneously delivering rigorous financial strategy, evaluating build-vs-buy and M&A opportunities, forging high-impact partnerships, and developing scalable revenue channels beyond direct sales, this leader will expand market share and strengthen PerformYard's competitive position.
  • Director will drive data-informed decision-making, build and scale high-performing teams, and ensure that financial and partnership investments deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • With a mandate to accelerate growth, deepen ecosystem integrations, support exit readiness, and drive long-term enterprise value, this leader will be a key driver of PerformYard's growth and market leadership.
