Reporting to the VP of Finance and working directly with the CEO, executive team, and Board, the Sr.

Director of Strategic Finance to lead this next phase.
This leader will own the financial planning and analysis function while simultaneously delivering rigorous financial strategy, evaluating build-vs-buy and M&A opportunities, forging high-impact partnerships, and developing scalable revenue channels beyond direct sales, this leader will expand market share and strengthen PerformYard's competitive position.
Director will drive data-informed decision-making, build and scale high-performing teams, and ensure that financial and partnership investments deliver measurable business outcomes.
With a mandate to accelerate growth, deepen ecosystem integrations, support exit readiness, and drive long-term enterprise value, this leader will be a key driver of PerformYard's growth and market leadership.
