About the role

- This position combines strong project and customer relationship management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Facilitate project kickoffs to set clear objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, and success criteria.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer implementation projects, pilots, and proof-of-concepts.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk strategies with Account Directors and Solutions Engineering.
- Serve as the primary customer PM contact, building trusted relationships through proactive, transparent communication.
- Manage customer expectations while balancing business priorities and technical constraints.
- We are seeking a Customer Program Manager to lead customer projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Scientific discipline, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations, deployments, or technical customer projects.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly communications.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
- Familiarity with chemistry, materials science, manufacturing, energy, or industrial software environments.

Compensation
- $115k-$135k
