About the role
- Kraken Robotics is currently recruiting for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Dartmouth, Nova Scotia office.
- Designing wiring harnesses and cable assemblies for electrical systems, considering factors such as signal integrity, thermal management, and EMC/EMI compliance.
- Leading electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.
Requirements
- Establish design criteria for projects using required codes and standards.
- AND EXPERIENCE Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent engineering discipline with 8+ years' experience.
- Demonstrated technical skills along with a proven track record for success.
- Must be able to work independently, as well as effectively within a team environment.
- High degree of organization, with the ability to prioritize task.
Skills
- Experience with Altium.
- Experience with Zuken E3.
- Experience with Sonar systems especially in an ocean environment.
- Experience with LabVIEW.
- Experience with high voltages.
- Experience with ABB motors and drives.
- Experience with embedded controllers.
