  • The Recovery Village Indianapolis (RVI) is an addiction treatment center with a continuum of care for anyone struggling with substance use disorders.
  • 71 beds, 15 beds for Detox, 34 beds for Residential, and 22 beds for Partial Hospitalization Program/Intensive Outpatient Treatment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates ability to participate in regular department meetings and staff meetings.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact with clients with compassion and respect.
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with other staff members and demonstrate the ability to work as a team member.
  • Demonstrates ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, responding positively to changing situations in the work setting.
  • Demonstrates ability to accept and utilize supervision.
  • Demonstrates ability to address problems noted by supervisor.
