About the role
- Druid Hills Golf Club is looking for a Catering Assistant to assist the Director of Events with the planning, coordination and execution of private and member events.
- This role is great for someone that is organized, creative, and loves ensuring people have a good time at parties.
- Act as Point of Contact for assigned events Work closely with Banquet Manager and Supervisor Inspect room prior to event to ensure compliance with BEO Greet Hosts for all assigned events and introduce them to their banquet team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Director for club event concepts (Get creative and have fun with it!
- No suggestion is too big) Collaborate with Director in promoting, advertising, and marketing club events to membership.
Requirements
- Must have knowledge and understanding of floor plan design.
- Previous experience with events
- Ability to learn catering software quickly.
- Ability to understand and update a BEO Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
